Wilson is a Senior Manager at the Fintech Facilitation Office (FFO) of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He is a key member of some of the major research projects of the office, such as the research and application of Distributed Ledger Technology and Cybersecurity Fortification Initiative. He also manages and strengthens mainland China – Hong Kong relationship for the FFO.

Prior to joining the HKMA, Wilson was a director at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, leaders in information technology audit and cyber security consulting. He has 20 years of IT and cyber security consulting experience in various industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing and retail. 

Wilson is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Chartered Public Accountant with the Board of Accountancy, New Hampshire of The United States. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (Information System) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
