He has 14 years’ experience in HSBC with various roles from Operations, Managing Sales team, Contact Center team and eChannel business. As Head of Digital of PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, he manages the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Video Banking and ATM and implement continuous improvement and customer experience through automation leveraging digital and technology.
