William Eka is the Associate Director of Skystar Capital. Based off the Jakarta office,
he is responsible for deal sourcing and execution of investments in addition to
active involvement in Skystar Ventures incubation program. His portfolio include
Bridestory, Hijup.com, Adskom, GameOn, BlackGarlic, Kudo, Carro, and Talenta. In
his previous tenure, William has been actively helping portfolio companies in
business development, hiring, fundraising, and also took on an operational role in
one of the startups.

Prior to joining Skystar Capital, William was the Regional Manager of the Southeast
Asia region at Fenox VC, a Silicon Valley based early stage VC. His previous portfolio
include Bukalapak, UrbanIndo, TechInAsia, Pomelo, iMoney, 99.co, iMoney, and
Alodokter. Apart from his experience as venture capitalist in Silicon Valley, he had
experience working for a real estate investment firm managing residential and
commercial properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He also worked on
several technology ventures while in college and conducted independent research
study on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Investment in
Indonesia. William graduated Magna Cum Laude with double concentrations on
Finance and Economics from Babson College, an entrepreneurship varsity near
Boston, USA.
