Specializing in business strategy, digital innovation and wealth management, Veronika has over 8 years’ experience of working in the finance industry across Europe, US and Asia, mainly in global and regional roles within digital product management for private & retail banking, business consulting and risk management.

An independent trader and investor herself, she was previously driving the in-house build of digital brokerage products for HSBC, leading cross-functional teams of designers, developers and subject matter experts to create and test products, including a stock trading mobile app and buying journeys for Structured Products in Hong Kong and China.

Veronika is a frequent speaker at finance and technology focused conferences, a start up mentor and leader of educational training workshops for executives and graduates. Since joining SuperCharger to run the leading FinTech accelerator in Asia, she has been helping high potential start-ups scale their business faster though facilitating key partnerships and inspiring entrepreneurship across the industry.
