Mr. Subir CHANDRA is an accomplished professional in this field and likes spending a lot of time with people (employees, consumers and customers) to understand the ‘real’ problem to solve and the opportunity. He has gained knowledge through doing and building expertise in domains viz., Finance, Credit, HR, Retail, Corporate and investment banking products.

Subir is an engineer by training and holds an MBA in Finance from University of Bradford School of management, UK; Lean Sigma Master Black Belt (British Quality Foundation, UK), Design Thinking, Data Science & Big Data Analytics from MIT. He has worked in various  companies like Larsen & Toubro (India), Owens-Corning (USA and UK), RBS-NatWest (UK), Deutsche Bank (London) and currently working in DBS(Singapore). His current role is Head of Digital, Risk management group in DBS.
