Simon is responsible for both the continued development of Nationwide’s strategy and overseeing its execution. From 2015 to the start of 2017 he was Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for operational and IT strategy, IT architecture, innovation and operational resilience. Simon joined Nationwide at the start of 2012 and established strategic sourcing arrangements with three global development partners.
