Sarazen Syailendra is the Regional Head of CX Operations of Funding Societies and Modalku, the leading marketplace lending platform (also known peer-to-peer lending) for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In Southeast Asia, Modalku operates in Indonesia, also in Singapore and Malaysia under the brand Funding Societies.

Funding Societies | Modalku has achieved numerous milestones in a short span of time, including a US$ 25 million Series B funding round led by Softbank Ventures Korea and supported by Sequoia India, Alpha JWC and Golden Gate Ventures.

Sarazen comes with 10 years of experience in Help Desk and Service Desk industry, accustomed of managing large multi-cultural team and premium account at Datacom Southeast Asia, Convergys, and NCR.

His passion in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer experience, reflects the disciplines he is certified on; Six Sigma, COPC, and ITIL. He is a leader who adopts a sports-coach concept in his management approach to get the personal best out of each team member, individually and collectively.

Sarazen is an Indonesian who resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, graduated from University of Indonesia and Limkokwing University.
