Sally Gaudion is Head of Compliance Advice at Nationwide Building Society having joined this mutual organisation over 5 years ago.   Her primary focus areas include regulatory change management, regulatory insight and provision of compliance advice.  Sally also leads the whistleblowing team at Nationwide focusing on promoting a speak up culture and responding appropriately when individuals raise concerns.  Before Nationwide Sally has worked in a number of audit and accounting roles including with BMW Group and Ernst & Young.  Sally has an LLB (Hons) law degree and is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
