Richard is the Asia Pacific business lead in UBS Wealth Management specializing in digital channel management and innovation.  For UBS, Richard has led the development of award winning “UBS Wealth Management in Asia” mobile app in APAC which was ranked No.1 mobile app in Myprivatebanking global research and winner of Wealth Briefing Asia Awards – Innovative Client Solution in 2016 and 2017 for consecutive 2 years.

Richard has more than 10 years of digital channel management and development experience.  Before Richard joined UBS, he was responsible for Digital Banking strategy and multichannel development for HSBC in 18 APAC countries.

Richard is an active advocate to Fintech collaboration and also the current FinTech Association of Hong Kong WealthTech Committee Co-Chair.
