Richard is VP and General Manager for the EMEA Operations of DataVisor Inc.   He leads organisations and partners on their journey to innovation through their digital transformation in analysing, managing and obtaining results from the big data challenges they face, specifically in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Machine Learning.

Prior to joining DataVisor, Richard served as a board director of a Private Equity Company and held senior positions in several technology companies which specialised in providing solutions and innovative technology in the Big Data, Unified Communications and Digital IOT arena, and has extensive subject matter expertise in Fraud, AML, and Cyber-Security.

Richard has over 25 years’ experience as a technology leader building business worldwide, especially in the Financial Services market place. He held multiple senior positions at Sybase during a 15-year tenure and continued more recently at SAP where he held leaderships roles within Financial Services UK&I for SAP post acquisition.
