Paul is a co-leader at Frontier’s financial services practice.  A specialist in financial services regulation, Paul played a major role in developing the policy framework for Open Banking in the early stages of its evolution. Paul’s current work centres on advising clients on how to deal with the regulatory challenges brought up by the emerging post-PSD2 landscape.

Paul will be delivering an interactive workshop on challenges to the economics of banking in Open Banking/PSD2 world together with his co-leader Antti Lemberg and senior financial services experts from Frontier on day two.
