Ole has more than 20 years management experience in the IT communication space. Helping businesses transform their customers’ experience strategy utilizing IT to help achieve increased customer satisfaction and productivity with their own organization. Ole has held management roles in companies like Motorola, Avaya, HP/Poly and now Zoom as Head of Sales in Nordics & Benelux. In these different management roles he has also been responsible for developing and implementing new go to market strategies and developing high performance sales teams across the EMEA region. In addition to these roles he has also acted as advisor to several startups and been involved in the funding process as well as being an investor himself. Ole holds a degree in mechanical engineering as well he has been through Motorola’s executive management program and several other management programs.
