Nuruddin Al Fithroh


Nuruddin Al Fithroh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kudo, Indonesia’s most prominent Online-to-Offline agent network and digital inventory platform. As one of the main leaders at Kudo, he is responsible for the performance of 3 important divisions: Sales & Channel, Marketing & Communications, and Customer Experience.

Nuruddin is one of the first 20 people who developed Kudo until today. Before serving as COO, he has made an immense contribution to the growth of Kudo’s
agents throughout Indonesia as Director of Sales & Channel. He led the “spearhead of the company” who are located across Indonesia to achieve the Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) target, create, develop, accelerate the sales strategy to achieve Kudo agents’ organic growth.

With more than 15 years experience at XL Axiata, Nuruddin expands his expertise in Sales Operations, Data Analyst, Management Product, Marketing Strategy, and People Management. During his time as VP Channel & Strategy management, Nuruddin transformed sales by fixing distributors and retailers management.

Nuruddin earned his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya. He is one of the Indonesian figures who successfully implemented his knowledge and experience from a large telco company to fast-growing tech company. Together with Kudo, Nuruddin empowers small and medium entrepreneurs to move forward, be more productive in improving welfare, and contribute to the nation’s prosperity through technology.
