Niral Parekh co-leads CAPCO’s Wealth and Asset Management practice in the UK that delivers business, digital and technology advisory solutions across life and pension insurers, wealth managers, private banks and asset managers. Niral has a keen interest in designing and building superior advice and investment business models and operating models, and leads a team of consultants to deliver transformational initiatives in the sector. Prior to CAPCO, Niral headed up teams in strategy, product and propositions at a wealth / asset manager and also oversaw due diligence, acquisition and integration of multiple businesses lines and propositions in the sector. He has previously worked in two of the Big Four management consulting firms, leading and supporting engagements across corporate strategy, transformation, transactions and operating model designs.
