Nick has fifteen years of experience in the Retail Banking and Payments sectors. Starting his career with Lloyds Banking Group in 2004, he held a number of roles across the Retail Banking division.

In 2012, Nick moved to Visa Europe with accountability for Debit products across UK and Ireland, focussing on accelerating consumer migration from Cash to Debit.

In 2013, Nick joined TSB and ran the Unsecured Loans business for five years, as well as a year heading-up the Credit Card team. Since joining TSB, Nick has played a part in major organisational change such as the brand launch, the IPO, and the acquisition and subsequent re-platforming of the bank as part of the Sabadell Group.

Last year, Nick moved across to lead the Mortgage Products team for TSB, working with his team to shape the TSB Mortgage business to bring more competition to UK banking.
