Nick is the Commercial Director for first direct, responsible for the financial performance and growth of the bank.  Nick is passionate about the customer and ensuring that the bank offers its customers personal and relevant services and products in conjunction with the best customer experience.  Nick joined first direct 3 years ago, prior to joining first direct Nick worked for Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank where he headed up the Proposition Development function launching the Banks digital B proposition.  Nick is married to Megan and has 2 boys, Max aged 6 and Rory aged 3.
