Neil has significant experience leading commercial functions and sales strategies in the UK and internationally.
Neil spent 8 years with G4S in a variety of different functions. In the UK he was responsible for the delivery and growth of revenue and profitability of the cash business in his role as Outsourcing Director before moving over to the Middle East to lead the cash business strategy and growth across 8 countries.
Subsequent roles have given Neil experience in building a start-up disruptor international logistics business in Asia and re-building a commercial function in a leasing business.
Neil has been working in the UK with Glory for the past 3 and a half years and has had significant success in driving fully realised software and hardware solutions with his teams’ clients and he has been engaged in various projects evolving the Glory software offering including engagements on using open banking payment rails.
