Michal is the founder and CEO of CEE based fintech Twisto and a member of Forbes 30 under 30. He lived 11 years abroad in Russia, Great Britain and the US.

He began his career in London where he joined Barclays investment bank after graduating from King’s College. When he returned to the Czech Republic in 2013, he founded Twisto – the first “buy now, pay later” service in the CEE region which evolved into daily finance provider partnering with MasterCard and WireCard. Twisto has more than 100 employees and is backed by leading investors such as ING Ventures, UNIQA Ventures, Velocity Capital, Finch Capital and ENERN.
