Matty has eight years of experience working with various startups across industries reaching the mass consumer market. Matty firmly believes that an expert level of understanding of the customer’s needs is tantamount to a successful company and that is why his career to date has been led by a desire to solve problems he has personally experienced.

Before founding Flux, Matty was CMO at Revolut; founded Omnyd, Medvissa, and LengLoi; and also worked as a FinTech consultant. He has a BSc in physics from King’s College London.
