Matt Chalk, Regional UBI Business Development Lead (Northern Europe), Vodafone Automotive

Matt Chalk joined Vodafone in 1999 and has taken on various Global roles across the business since then. In 2014 he took on the responsibility of heading up the Vodafone Automotive Insurance Telematics Sales division for Northern Europe. In this role he has been influential in creating new relationships with insurers across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France and Finland. He was responsible for winning, delivering and project managing Vodafone’s first contract for Usage-Based-Insurance with a leading global auto insurer, which resulted in the launch of Vodafone’s telematics platform.

Currently Matt is focusing on leading Vodafone’s growth in Vehicle telematics, particularly in the Auto Insurance industry and driving Vodafone’s ambition to become an industry leader in the insurance market.

Matt holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Aston University.
