Magdalena leads Channel and Enterprise Services (CES) across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region since October 2015. Her team manages and develops digital platforms & connectivity services that support multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations, regularly advising clients and representing Citi at industry events focused around digitalization, APIs, Open Banking, as well as sharing best practices in CyberSecurity.

Magdalena joined Citi 20 years ago in Poland, and since then she has worked in 4 countries in various roles including capability and product development, sales and business strategy for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS). She moved to the United Kingdom to serve as Chief Operating Officer for TTS business in EMEA in 2012 from New York, where she was responsible for Planning and Analysis for TTS globally.

Magdalena was named One of Top 10 Emerging Women Talents in Business by Rzeczpospolita in 2014, and also featured on the largest Polish internet portal (www.onet.pl) as a successful Polish professional in London’s City in their 2015 edition. Personally, Magdalena is a fan of F1 racing and volleyball (she is a co-founder and Board Member of Beach Volleyball Foundation in Poland).
