Lucilla leads the Environment, Social and Governance work in Corporate Banking at DNB, the largest financial institution in Norway. Her work focuses on building the competence, tools and business case for Corporate Banking to deliver on its sustainability ambitions. Lucilla has previously led strategy and projects in the international side of DNB, and spent a decade as a Senior Economist at the World Bank, where she led public finance projects in Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. Lucilla also has a background in research and teaching on statistics, poverty and inequality, as well as in consulting on competition and regulatory economics. Lucilla has a Masters in Development Economics from Harvard University, and both Masters and Bachelor in Philosophy & Economics from the London School of Economics.
