Lav Odorovic is the Co-Founder and CEO of Penta. Lav is a serial-entrepreneur who exited his first start at 21. Lav went on to work at Siemens HQ in Zurich as the Manager of Operations for several years. Lav quit Siemens in May 2016 to start Penta.
