Katie has more years’ experience in brand and marketing than she cares to think about, which she’s gained with some of the most recognisable brands on the UK high street.
Starting her career at Lloyds TSB at the point the two financial brands were merging, she’s tickled pink to now be Head of Brand and Marketing at TSB following its separation. The remit she has of bringing competition to UK banking and leading the establishment of a challenger brand is incredibly exciting for someone whose varied CV (Boots, the arts, The British Army, Nationwide) demonstrates her fascination with building brands and passion for championing the customer experience.
