Jonathan is Webhelp’s Business Director for Regulated Services. He has worked in Financial Services for over 17 years and has held several senior operational and change roles at brands including Virgin Money and CYBG. This involved leading and transforming specialist operations, such as, fraud, AML, and KYC/KYB, across both retail and business banking.

Jonathan is also an ambassador for the Local Enterprise Partnership, whose purpose is to help bridge the gap between school leavers and the workplace, by helping young people start and prosper in careers in financial services.
