Johannes is the Head of IT Strategy and Architecture at Bank Mandiri, one of Indonesia’s largest banks.

Johannes has more than 20 years of working experience in IT consulting and services for various sectors (banking, insurance, retail, telco, airlines, healthcare, oil & gas), whereby the majority of his work experience was in Hong Kong.

His experience covers a range of expertise with focus in IT Strategy & Transformation (i.e. Multi-speed IT Operating Model, Agile/DevOps Transformation, Journey to Cloud, Global/Regional IT Operating Model) and complex IT programme delivery leveraging advanced technology architecture.

Johannes graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and also has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Universitas Indonesia.
