Jess joined Credit Suisse in October 2015, from a career in management consulting at PwC UK. Previously, she was a disputes lawyer specialising in commercial law.

At PwC UK, Jess specialised in customer, channel, and front office strategy, target operating model design and delivery, with a special focus on digital change for the financial services industry. She also specialised in legal and business risk management, and regulatory compliance across the spectrum of design and implementation.

At Credit Suisse, Jess manages the end-to-end process of concept development; product design and delivery of digital products to private banking clients and front office in the UK. She has led the rollout of a digital platform for private banking clients in Guernsey.

Jess graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore and holds a MSc at the London School of Economics in Management, Organisations, and Governance.
