Izayana Navas is the Director of Mobile Product at RBC. In this role, Izayana leads the strategy, product management and delivery of RBC’s mobile capabilities including digital payments and money movement.  Izayana has led her team to the successful implementation of a number of ‘Canadian first’ capabilities, such as P2P payments through Siri.

Prior to her current role, Izayana was the Senior Manager of Electronic Payments, where she oversaw strategy and product development for the payments portfolio. She was instrumental in the successful implementation of the free P2P payments campaign in Canada, and the growth of the P2P portfolio at RBC.

Izayana is passionate about delivering client-friendly digital services that transform the way RBC serves clients. She is also one of RBC’s Convention Finalists, a prestigious recognition awarded to a select group of RBC employees worldwide who have demonstrated exceptional performance.
