As Globant’s Chief Technology Officer, Isa is leading the expansion of the UK’s client portfolio and is particularly focused on bringing his expertise on AI/ML, cloud computing, metaverse, blockchain, and enterprise modernisation to Globant. With over twenty years of experience at both financial services and technology companies, he has driven digital and enterprise transformation globally. Isa was a key orchestrator of the tech-driven modernisation of the complete stock exchange architecture over Nasdaq Trading Systems, and he led a multi-year programme at one of Turkey’s largest banks to move their core-banking mainframe to a private cloud.
