Gurminder is an accomplished business leader with over 12 years of management, strategy, and regulatory risk experience in the financial sector and senior management roles. He has worked for Plane Saver Credit Union for over 3 years, concentrating on transforming front office operations, migrating systems, and working with FinTech companies to find automated solutions. He previously worked for TSB for ten years carrying out various roles which included Cluster Manager, Area Performance and Operations Manager and Digital Transformation Manager. He has also worked to implement cyber security standards to meet the regulation set by the FCA and PRA, in one of the UK’s largest Credit Union.
