Garry has over 30 years’ experience in financial services with the majority of this time spent leading customer facing teams. He is the Regional Director of The North responsible for over 1000 colleagues working in 165 branches across the North of England, Scotland and Nth Ireland. He is passionate about people development, has a Masters in Leadership & Development and as Inclusion Partner he sponsored a programme for development of female and ethnically diverse colleagues. Garry lives in Stirling and enjoys spending time with his 3 grown up children and granddaughter when he isn’t watching football or attending music gigs!
