Etienne Yuan is Head of Digital at Ikano Bank, with responsibility for the development of Ikano’s Digital Channels and Digital User Experience.

Prior to joining Ikano Etienne worked in tech startups, the public sector and large multinationals such as Sony, where he held roles in digital marketing, CRM and general management, with P&L responsibility for Sony Mobile’s Content and Services businesses globally.

Etienne has an undergraduate degree in Economics from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and Masters degrees in Business Administration from the London Business School and Information Systems from the London School of Economics.
