Erline joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia (DBSI) in July 2016 as Head of Digital Banking Product in Consumer Banking department. Brought over 12 years of experience in banking industry, Erline was the core team at DBSI who was responsible for the development of the digibank by DBS launched back in August 2017. Last year, she was assigned new role as Head of digibank Business Growth to oversee the overall digibank growth strategy.

She began her career path in retail banking by joining Development Program in Citibank and continue to enrich her skills and experience by joining HSBC in 2008 where she took various roles in Credit Card and Consumer Loan Product & Portfolio until 2015. Prior to joining, she was the Head of Unsecured Product, Usage & Porfolio at Maybank Indonesia.

Born in 1983 Erline received bachelor degree of Science, Information Technology from University of Technology, Sydney. During spare time, she enjoys travelling and photography.
