Erick has 20 year professional career in digital that includes consulting service delivery for B2B industry at Deloitte and Oracle as well as 16 years working in large consumer banks such as Citi and CTBC managing digital touch points. He has extensive hands-on experience across web & mobile banking channels from various aspects including developing technology & platform, driving digital usage & online acquisition, overseeing e-CRM & online analytics, as well as managing digital marketing & media. Throughout his career, Erick worked in diverse geographic & culture across various markets in APAC region.

His main role, as the Head of Digital Banking Innovation Department, in CTBC now is to explore external resources such as Fintechs, start-ups, eco-systems, or new technology and capabilities for the bank to develop innovative product or service models.
