Prior to taking the helm at GiniMachine, Dmitry co-founded HiEnd Systems (HES) – a company that provides banks and fintechs with comprehensive lending software. His leadership guided HES from a savvy startup to one of the top banking software providers in Eastern Europe.

Dmitry is a regular speaker at fintech events and conferences such as Paris Fintech Forum, BankIT, Phoenix Summit, etc. In 2018, Dmitry was ranked as one of the top 200 Fintech leaders in Europe that contribute to the industry as influencers through action.
