The evolving appetite of customers for varied routes to finance and the drive towards omnichannel success sees Charles spend his day working out how NatWest combine digital and face to face propositions to serve these ever-evolving customer needs. Although perhaps seen as a traditional bank, Charles and the team at NatWest are committed to being a Relationship Bank in a digital world; leveraging partnerships to access SME businesses in the places they choose. To ensure he’s always fresh and creative in his thinking, Charles spends most of his spare time goofing about with his kids Grace (9) and Zach (4).
