Alastair Tyler is a senior banking professional and academic (working at Barclays, RBS, Santander and Deloitte), specialising in Asset Finance and Corporate Banking. He is International Director at The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) and has authored textbooks and taught courses in Corporate Lending and Bank Regulation & Economic Policy. He led a major project funded by the Abu Dhabi government to launch the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy in May 2018, with LIBF as major partner for their School of Banking & Finance. LIBF offers a wide range of professional qualifications and bespoke training programmes both in the UK and internationally, as well as being a University College and provider of financial capability qualifications for schools.
