Devon, with over 15 years of experience in technology and business strategy, currently serves as Sr. Director of Product for RBC’s Shopping experiences in Avion Rewards. She previously led product innovation for RBC’s Solution Acceleration & Innovation group and managed a product and data program for a consortium of Canada’s largest employers during a pandemic response initiative. Devon also established an innovation framework for an international law firm and began her career in the performing arts sector.
