Prior to joining Hancock Whitney, she spent 25 years with Hibernia National Bank and Capital One serving as an accountable leader over enterprise-wide channel management, e-commerce and digital services, and launched Capital One’s first mobile banking App. While at Hancock Whitney Pam is the Director of Digital Strategy and has provided leadership over various initiatives including online account opening, online and mobile banking, and digital lending as well as several acquisition conversions. She earned her B.S. Business and Marketing from Louisiana State University.
