The Building Societies Association (BSA) is the voice for all 43 UK building societies as well as 6 credit unions. Together these organisations serve around 25 million customers across the UK.

Building societies and credit unions are mutual businesses – owned by their customers. Being mutual means long term and daily decisions are for people – customers, staff and communities.
