Worachat is currently taking the role as SVP, Head of Retail E-Business at Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya). He is responsible for digital banking strategy, payment strategy and drive business growth through innovation. He and his team has significantly growth digital banking for Krungsri by introducing new digital channels like Krungsri Mobile App, Krungsri Online, Krungsri SMS Banking, e-products and e-services for banking & credit card business, drive 10x growth in customer base in the first 3 years, 20x usage and fee income with double digits growth for 5 consecutive years, won awards and recognition across Asia under digital banking & innovation category for 4 consecutive years (2012-2015).

Worachat has started his career with Krungsri in 2007 and taking lead of digital banking team in year 2010 with incredible performance on driving online products from ground to the top, He was promoted and appointed as Head of Retail E-Business in 2012.

Prior to joining Krungsri, he has more than 10 years of banking experiences in both Thai and International banks like HSBC, Capital OK (JV of Shin Group & DBS), Bangkok Bank with wide range of product & businesses i.e. managing HSBC corporate banking clients, product development for credit card at Bangkok Bank, launched prepaid card, e-wallet and many financial products at Capital OK as well as setting a new company to run a loyalty card product for Future Park Rangsit.
