Vrutika is Head of Global Payment Partnerships at GoPay, which is part of GoTo Financial. Based in Singapore, she currently leads a team managing GoPay’s key relationships including investors, strategic partners and more. She is also responsible for commercial and product partnerships, with the aim of driving growth for GoPay.

Having spent most of her career in Asia, Vrutika is highly passionate about building consumer tech businesses in growth markets in the region. She has extensive experience in establishing strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial deals across multiple markets including India, China and now Indonesia.

Prior to joining GoPay in 2019, Vrutika headed Business Development for China and Southeast Asia for the Tata Group, India’s largest conglomerate. She drove go-to-market strategy and alliances to launch Tata brands overseas and also spearheaded partnerships with Chinese digital companies entering India. Earlier in her career, she also worked for Goldman Sachs’ Securities Division in New York.

Vrutika holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middlebury College.
