Vikas (Vik) Krishan is a Managing Director with responsibility for Growth and Clients. He also serves as head of Financial Services for Globant. 

Vik is a senior executive with over 20 years of global experience in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Pre- and Post-deal services and strategic engagements . He has significant cross industry knowledge and also worked within a wide variety of verticals.  

He has extensive experience working with Financial Institutions on strategy and growth, operational excellence, performance improvement/ large scale cost optimization and digital transformation. He has served as the engagement lead on multiple global transactions to enable the orchestration of business, technology and operational change to drive growth and client retention. Vik’s experience includes acting as a Senior Advisor to Alvarez and Marsal as well as providing advisory services to a variety of Investment firms, FS institutions and other emerging technology fintech/ challenger organizations. 

Vik was Senior Vice President and the Global Head of Financial Services Transformation and Vertical Platforms and Solutions at HCL, and also helped to create HCL’s Digital business for Financial Services.  

Vik’s previous career experience includes Logica, where he served as the Global Head of Business and Client Development as well as EDS. Accenture and Wipro, where Vik operated with multiple Financial Services and multinational clients on a Global basis on multiple transformation initiatives. 

He began his career with CSFB and Morgan Stanley where he worked within the Latin American Emerging Markets and High Yield Groups. Prior to this, Vik enjoyed a dynamic, operational career as an infantry officer. Vik is an economics and business graduate and also attended London Business School. He currently resides in London, with his wife and twins.
