Having been voted ‘most innovative company of the decade’ (Forbes magazine), you’d expect Salesforce to have an office of Innovation… Vicki runs the EMEA Executive Immersion practice within the OoI.
In her day to day role, Vicki spends time delivering and architecting customer journeys that help financial services companies understand the interplay between consumer trends, emerging technology and the Salesforce platform.

Ever since University where she studied Psychology and computer science, Vicki has had a keen interest in Technology, and how it can improve people’s lives. At Salesforce, Vicki and her team have been involved in shaping and delivering some of the most innovative and award winning solutions in financial services.
