At Revolut, Vasily is leading the Customer Experience department that focuses on understanding and exceeding customer expectations (Deliver WOW) across a vast portfolio of Revolut retail and business products. 

Vasily is speaking regularly on topics of managing a product for maximum impact, delivering customer experience above expectations, understanding customer needs and expectations, and product experimentation.  

Vasily’s other interests include advising and investing in growth startups, teaching online classes on Udemy and more to tens of thousands of students, and helping startup employees turn equity packages to liquidity.
