Mr. Tonderai Mutesva is a Corporate Finance Executive with MyBucks, a Fintech company that uses technology to provide financial products and services to the low and middle-income customer segment predominantly in high-growth emerging markets. Tonderai has been transacting on the African continent for the last 10 years and worked on various M&A transactions along with debt and equity capital market transactions both in listed and unlisted space. Tonderai is currently working on MyBucks’ capital raising initiatives both at a group level and within the individual subsidiaries. He coordinates special project implementation and supports strategy formulation and implementation within the group.

Prior to MyBucks, Tonderai was held various positions with ABC Holdings’ Corporate & Investment Banking Department and also with Atlas Mara’s M&A and Corporate Development Department.  Tonderai holds a B.Sc. in Economics and is a CFA charter holder.
