Tom is the Head of Retail Banking at HSBC UK.

He joined HSBC in 2010 into the Global Insurance business where he was instrumental in re-shaping the business and driving a new strategic direction, later becoming the Global CFO. Tom spent time in the Middle East as the Regional CFO for the Retail Banking and Wealth business before returning to the UK to become the CFO and Head of Strategy for the Wealth and Personal Banking business in the UK.

Prior to joining HSBC Tom was a Director at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant. Tom spent two years in Tokyo advising a large Japanese Bank as they listed on the US Stock Exchange.
