Steve Grice is Managing Director for Elevate Credit International Ltd. Steve leads the UK operation of Elevate Credit which strives to improve consumer access to fairer credit. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Steve served as Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for building next generation technology platforms to help customers on their path to better borrowing. Before Elevate, Steve held senior technology roles at RBS, where he led the delivery of technology solutions for the Insurance, International Banking and Global Transaction Services divisions. He also worked in strategic roles in Global Sourcing and Testing Capability. He has over 27 years’ experience in fintech which included senior positions with Capital One and Barclays Stockbrokers.
