Steve Forde has a broad experience of VoD, digital & data marketing. Before joining ITV Steve headed up the award winning Channel 4 viewer data strategy, managed the 4oD brand marketing and worked on the YouView launch marketing.
Steve joined ITV in 2015, overseeing the launch of the new ITV Hub, which has seen a 40% increase in viewing since launch. With his Viewer Experience and Engagement team, Steve is responsible for the Hub’s viewer facing strategy.
Steve is developing the new content proposition for Hub evolving the live, premieres, box sets proposition whilst introducing relevant archive and exclusive, Hub only, short form content. He is also leading the strategic development of ITV’s 14m registered viewers database using both viewer insight to power the Hub strategy and the personalisation of the end-to-end viewer experience.
