Stefanos Mytilineos is the General Manager responsible for Digital Business in Piraeus Bank Group. His remit includes leading the bank’s online and mobile channels, the network of 1,800 ATMs, the bank’s call centre as well as teams running Customer Value Management and Fraud Management. Following the launch of the bank’s e-branch concept in 2016, he also has responsibility for the development and operation of these branches.
